The University of Strathclyde International Study Centre has a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes available for international students. 

Undergraduate 

Undergraduate Foundation Programme 

  • Helps students adjust to the Scottish education system while developing English language and academic skills. 
  • Prepares you for the second year of an undergraduate degree at the University of Strathclyde (some exceptions apply). 

Subject routes include: 

  • Business and Social Sciences 
  • Engineering and Sciences 

International Year Two 

  • Suitable for students with strong academic results seeking to complete their undergraduate degree in three years. 
  • Combines subject-focused modules with academic support. 
  • Progress to the third year of your undergraduate degree at the University of Strathclyde. 

Subject routes include: 

  • Business 
  • Computer Science 

Postgraduate 

Pre-Masters Programme 

  • Two-term course for students who need additional academic and English preparation for Master’s study. 
  • Builds on existing undergraduate knowledge to support successful postgraduate progression.

Accelerated Pre-Masters

  • 12-week version of the Pre-Masters, designed for students with higher English language proficiency.
